The site we are at is the main one for Seville, Camping Villsom in Dos Hermanos. They tell me its about 10km from Seville. Then they give me the bad news, I know it is because they look sad. I cannot go with them into town, Spanish buses don’t let on dogs, and there is almost nowhere to park Priscilla in Seville says the Receptionist assistant (he’s still missing !) We cannot walk all that way so I will have to take a day off (the first ever on our adventures) but its getting warm, and I could do with some extra ZZZZZZZZ so I submit (you know they will pay the price later – I will win ! )

We wave goodbye at 10ish, and I settle to some good dreams. Mid afternoon they are back, lots of pics to show me, and chat about how nice the city is and how you could spend many days getting into Seville, (as long as your not a dog – they did say almost all places have “No Dog” stickers on doors, so much for European equality – I see what dad means now. I’ll have to wait till we get to France or Italy to enjoy myself again !!)

I am sure my friend Rose, our neighbour in London will like the pics they took, she was here a few months ago, and told me how much she loved the City. They laughed as they said that they had not spent a day without “construction” as there are plenty of cement mixers around the city, and overhead cranes, the signature of all that is Spain.

I got a nice afternoon walk into the residential area, then through the retail district (they showed me the 2 supermarkets on tomorrows itinerary (maybe I get the payback for today’s disappointment) before getting back to see the new mates who had arrived on site while I was out.
